Sirup:
350 Gramm Zucker 350 Milliliter Wasser aufkochen und abkühlen lassen
Teig:
250 Gramm Milch
2 EL Zucker
2 TL Salz
1 Würfel Hefe
In den Mixtopf geben 2 Min. 37°C. Stufe 2
100 Gramm Öl
5 Eier
800 Gramm Mehl
Dazu geben und 10 Sekunden Stufe 5 danach 2 Minuten Teigstufe kneten
30 Minuten den Teig im Mixtopf gehen lassen, 1 Minute Teigstufe kneten und noch ein Mal 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
Teig in 2 Hälften teilen, 1 Hälfte ausrollen und mit Butter bepinseln, 3 Mal zusammen klappen 3 cm breiten Streifen schneiden drehen und in ein Knoten zusammen binden. Auf das Blech legen ca. 15 Minuten aufgehen lassen
Im Backofen bei 200°C backen
Noch heiße Brötchen in Sirup von beiden Seiten tunken und auf dem Backpapier abkühlen lassen
