Совместные государственные испытания грузовиков новых моделей московского и горьковского заводов прошли в период с января по ноябрь 1961 года и были разделены на два этапа.
В ходе первого этапа автомобили прошли эксплуатационные и лабораторно-дорожные испытания, а так же выполнили пробег по маршруту Москва-Оренбург-Ташкент-Москва, «намотав» более 20 000 километров по разным типам дорог, в том числе по грунтовым и горным. На втором этапе дорожные испытания продолжились уже на шоссе Москва — Горький и Москва-Минск.
По итогу испытаний госкомиссия рекомендовала новые семейства автомобилей к постановке на производство, а газовцы сняли получасовой кинофильм, полный внимания к их новым моделям. А еще эту документальную ленту вполне можно назвать приключенческой, созданной на высоком художественном уровне и передающей романтику профессии водитель-испытатель!..
В деревне Малые Засеки на границе с Белоруссией жизнь течет своим чередом. Братья Павел и Андрей Тюхи проживают теперь в разных государствах. Главная местная достопримечательность Малых Засек — молодой бычок по кличке Тайсон. Хозяин Савелий хотел сделать из него мраморный стейк и растил в лучших японских традициях – поил пивом и делал массаж, однако заколоть животное рука так и не поднялась. Тайсон, хотя и остался целым и невредимым, но отказаться от ежедневного ведерка пива уже не может.
Привычное течение жизни нарушает приезд Тюхи-младшего, молодого бизнесмена из Москвы, который не находит лучшего места, для того, чтобы скрыться от столичных проблем. Не проходит и дня, как в голове у юного дарования рождается идея «ноу-хау», как в один момент заработать приличные деньги. Главным козырем в этой российско-белорусской операции придется стать Тайсону
