Lyrics
Punctured bicycle
On a hillside desolate
Will nature make a man of me yet?
When in this charming car
This charming man
Why pamper lifes complexity
When the leather runs smooth
On the passengers seat?
I would go out tonight
But I havent got a stitch to wear
This man said «its gruesome
That someone so handsome should care»
Ah! A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said «return the ring»
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
I would go out tonight
But I havent got a stitch to wear
This man said «its gruesome
That someone so handsome should care»
La, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
Oh, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
Ah! A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said «return the ring»
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
I wanted to make a simple carving mallet, to be used for controlled chisel action and maybe one day, engraving. This is a simple wood turning project on the lathe.
Usually these are made completely from wood, so they dont harm the chisel handles, but I dont carve that often and chisel handles are easy to make on the lathe anyway.
The metal head allows it to have a nice weight in a small frame. A brass mallet could be made to have the same effect, and also be more gentile on the stuff you hammer on with it.
